FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery throughout New Zealand on all orders to PO Boxes and rural addresses.

All orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri are shipped same day on an overnight service right throughout New Zealand, depending on how busy the couriers are, this may take them 1-2 days for delivery. If you live at a rural address it may take up to 4 days for delivery.

Our international shipping is shipped via DHL Express tracked service.

Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if your receive a card to collect / call. We cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand if your order gets returned to us.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll get an email from us when your order leaves our fulfilment centre. Click the link in the email to track, or pop in your tracking number in the tracking portal.
