Simply Nootropics Black Friday "$1000 Cash Giveaway": Terms & Conditions (November 2024)

These Terms and Conditions are made by Simply Nootropics Limited, a company registered in New Zealand with its head office located in Auckland ("Promoter").

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Competition" refers to the Simply Nootropics Black Friday "$1000 Cash Giveaway."
  • "Entry" refers to an eligible order placed by a Participant during the Entry Period.
  • "Entry Period" means from 12:01 AM NZST on 29th November 2024 to 11:59 PM NZST on 2nd December 2024.
  • "Participant" refers to any person who places an order with Simply Nootropics in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • "Prize" refers to a total of $1000 NZD in cash, randomly added to orders placed during the Entry Period.

Eligibility

  1. The Competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
  2. Employees of Simply Nootropics Limited, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. By participating, Participants confirm they are eligible to receive the Prize. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period

  1. The Competition runs from 12:01 AM NZST on 29th November 2024 to 11:59 PM NZST on 2nd December 2024.
  2. Only orders placed during this timeframe are eligible to receive the cash Prize.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Entry Period at its discretion and will notify Participants of any changes.

How to Enter

  1. Participants are automatically entered into the Competition when they place an order on the Simply Nootropics New Zealand website during the Entry Period.
  2. Each order placed during the Entry Period is eligible to receive a random cash Prize.
  3. There is no additional cost to enter beyond the purchase of a product.
  4. Each eligible order gives Participants a chance to win a share of the $1000 NZD cash Prize.

Prize Details

  1. A total of $1000 NZD will be randomly distributed as cash added to selected orders placed during the Entry Period.
  2. If your order is selected, cash will be included directly in your package, along with a note indicating that you have won.
  3. The cash Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to distribute the Prize amounts in varying denominations across multiple orders.

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. Winners are selected randomly throughout the Entry Period, with cash added directly to their orders before shipment.
  2. There will be no separate notification—if you find cash in your order, that means you are a winner.
  3. No further action is required from winners to claim their Prize.
  4. The Promoter’s decision on the selection of winning orders is final and binding.

Prize Delivery

  1. The cash Prize will be included in the package of randomly selected orders during the Entry Period.
  2. No additional delivery fees apply for orders containing cash Prizes.
  3. Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to the Prize under New Zealand law.

Data Protection

  1. By entering, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
  2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Participant’s consent, except where required for prize delivery.

Liability

  1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred in connection with the Competition or the Prize, except where required by New Zealand Consumer Law.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other issues.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Amendments

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary to ensure the proper administration of the Competition or compliance with applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated to Participants as soon as possible.
