I've been taking other-brand (capsules for convenience), of the dose, for a couple of years. Definitely felt a difference and they have been a great aid in coping with perimenopause.

I’m 47 and have been taking two scoops of NMN & TMG each for the last 2.5 months. My energy level has increased, including my VO2 Max, it jumped from 29 to 33 without changes to my fitness routine. I’m up at 5am most days and no longer feel tired.
As a side note, the packing/container is great, though not suitable for travelling. The powder would spill everywhere at the opening after the container is packed away (carry-on/luggage).

Definitely have noticed a difference in energy levels especially in the afternoon I would very quite tired that is not happening I feel good right to bedtime. I was relying on coffee to keep me going through out the day I barely finish one cup a day now. Also not waking at night as much now
