Simply Nootropics "1 Year of NMN" Giveaway: Terms & Conditions (September 2024)

These Terms and Conditions are made by Simply Nootropics Limited, a company registered in New Zealand with its head office located in Auckland ("Promoter").

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Competition" means the "1 Year of NMN" Giveaway being run by the Promoter.
  • "Entry" means a submission made by a Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • "Entry Period" means from 18th September 2024 at 9:00 AM NZST to 30th October 2024 at 11:59 PM NZST.
  • "Participant" means any person who enters the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • "Prize" means 1 year’s supply of Simply Nootropics NMN powder (4 packets of NMN valued at NZD $140 each).
  • "Winner" means the Participant selected to receive the Prize.

Eligibility

  1. The Competition is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States, aged 18 years or older.
  2. Employees of Simply Nootropics, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
  3. By entering, Participants confirm they are eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period

  1. The Competition runs from 18th September 2024 at 9:00 AM NZST until 15th October 2024 at 11:59 PM NZST.
  2. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  3. The Promoter may modify the Entry Period at its discretion and will notify Participants if the dates change.

How to Enter

  1. To enter, Participants must complete the entry form available on Simply Nootropics' official website, providing all required details including a valid email address.
  2. Each Participant may enter once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  3. There is no cost to enter the Competition.

Prize

  1. The Prize consists of 1 year’s supply of Simply Nootropics NMN powder (4 packets valued at NZD $140 each, total value NZD $560).
  2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  3. In the event the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification

  1. The Winner will be selected randomly using an impartial online random number generator within 7 days of the end of the Competition.
  2. The Winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the selection.
  3. The Winner must claim their Prize within 5 days of notification. If not claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.

Prize Delivery

  1. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner at the address provided within 30 days of claim verification.
  2. Delivery costs will be covered by the Promoter, and the Winner is responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import restrictions in their country.

Data Protection

  1. By entering, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and New Zealand privacy laws.
  2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Participant's consent, except where required for prize delivery.

Liability

  1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred in connection with the Competition or the Prize, except where required by law.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Amendments

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary to ensure the proper administration of the Competition or compliance with applicable laws.
  2. Any changes will be communicated to Participants as soon as possible.
